Charity Ball
The idea was simple - throw an awesome party, charge money to get in, and give that money to charity. In other words - A Party With A Purpose!
The mission behind the Akron Charity Ball is to provide a method of raising funds to support local charities and organizations. The Charity Ball team is dedicated to providing for the needs of local not-for-profit organizations that help individuals in our community. It is the largest charitable Halloween event in Akron. The team consists of Samantha Coldwell and Getta Kutuchief. Over the years, Charity Ball has raised more than $500,000 for a host of deserving local nonprofits.
